"IMMA helped me transition smoothly into motherhood."
In My Mother Aura (IMMA) is a postpartum education brand helping pregnant and new mothers prepare for the fourth trimester with confidence and intention—not information overload.
We believe postpartum deserves the same thought, preparation, and care that we give birth.
Our work focuses on the mother as a whole person: her physical recovery, emotional experience, mental wellbeing, nervous system, relationships, identity, and need for genuine community.
We blend evidence-based education with intuition, practical preparation with emotional honesty, and professional resources with human connection.
The goal isn't to create a "perfect" postpartum.
It's to help you enter motherhood knowing yourself, knowing your options, and knowing where you can turn for support.
I started this because I kept watching women—myself included—spend months preparing for birth and almost no time preparing for what comes after.
We make the birth plan. Pack the hospital bag. Take the class on labor positions and pain management.
Then the baby's here.
Suddenly you're supposed to know how to heal, how to feed, how to function without sleep, and how to care for a newborn while your own nervous system is trying to process one of the biggest transitions of your life.
No plan. No guide. And sometimes, no one even checking in.
I built IMMA for that gap.
Postpartum deserves the same preparation as birth. It isn't a footnote. It's the actual beginning.
We're starting with the Gentle Postpartum Program and building toward IMMA House. And down the line, IMMA will continue growing around what mothers actually need.
This isn't just a business to me. It's what I wish someone had handed me before I became a mother.
